Entry of Premises During Tenancy. a. Upon applicable and/or reasonable notice, any employee, or contractor of PHA will be permitted to enter the dwelling unit during reasonable hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) for the purpose of performing routine maintenance, making improvements or repairs, inspecting the unit or showing the unit for re-leasing.
