Enumeration and Qualification. The officers of the Trust shall be a President, a Chief Compliance Officer, a Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, if any, a Secretary, an Assistant Secretary, if any, a Chief Administrative Officer, if any, and such other officers, including Vice Presidents, if any, as the Trustees from time to time may in their discretion elect. The Trust also may have such agents as the Trustees from time to time may in their discretion appoint. Any officer may be, but need not be, a Trustee or shareholder. The same person may hold any two or more offices and any office (other than that of the Chief Compliance Officer) may be vacant from time to time.

Enumeration and Qualification. The officers of the Cooperative shall consist of a General Manager and a Chairman of the Board both elected by the Board of Directors and such other officers, including a Vice Chairman, Treasurer, a Vice Treasurer and a Secretary, as the Directors from time to time may in their discretion elect. The Cooperative may also have such agents, if any, as the Directors from time to time may in their discretion appoint. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person.
