Enurement; Assignment. This Agreement will enure to the benefit of and be binding upon (i) CIBC, its successors and assigns, and (ii) the Customer and the Customer's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns. The Customer will not assign this Agreement without CIBC's prior written consent.
