Environmental Action. Borrower will keep and maintain all of its -------------------- owned and leased real property in all material respects in compliance with, and shall not cause or permit such real property to be in any material respect in violation of, any federal, state, county or local statutes, laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, standards, orders, licenses and permits of any governmental authorities relating to environmental matters.
