Environmental Actions and Indemnification. 10.1 The Tenant agrees not to store on the Farm, any hazardous materials or any type, as defined by any governmental agency, or any other toxic, corrosive, reactive, or ignitable material without first obtaining in each case all governmental approval and permits required for such storage.
