Common use of Environmental and Cultural Resources Review Clause in Contracts

Environmental and Cultural Resources Review. 6.3.1. PG&E shall conduct a “desktop” environmental, endangered species, and cultural resources review of the proposed work at the MHP. If such review indicates any environmental, endangered species, and cultural resources issues, PG&E will immediately suspend work at the MHP. PG&E will not resume work until it has received authorization from appropriate experts and/or agency with jurisdictional authority. PG&E assumes no remediation responsibility or liability. Costs for remediation are not eligible for reimbursement from the MHP Rebuild Program.
