Environmental and Engineering. If applicable, Lender shall have received an Environmental Report and an Engineering Report, each in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, by an Engineer and Environmental Consultant listed on Schedules 3 and 4 attached hereto, respectively, as each such schedule may be amended from time to time by Lender in its reasonable discretion.
