ENVIRONMENTAL AND RIGHT-OF-WAY INDEMNIFICATION PROCEDURES. 6.1 (a) Buyer agrees that within a reasonable period of time after any Partnership Entity becomes aware of facts giving rise to a claim for indemnification pursuant to Sections 4.1, 5.1 or 5.2, Buyer will use its reasonable best efforts to cause such Partnership Entity to provide notice thereof in writing to Xxxxxxxx, specifying the nature of and specific basis for such claim.
