Common use of Environmental and Title Review Clause in Contracts

Environmental and Title Review. Buyer shall have the right to examine the environmental condition of and title to the Company Assets in accordance with the procedures in Exhibit B. Seller shall cause each of the Companies to provide access to the Company Assets it operates during regular business hours and Seller shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain permission for Buyer to gain access to the Company Assets operated by third parties. Buyer shall have no right to perform or conduct any environmental sampling or other invasive environmental investigation on or about any of the Company Assets without the prior written consent of Seller, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
