Environmental Assessment Covering Amoco Properties. Within 180 days -------------------------------------------------- following the closing of the Amoco Acquisition, Company shall provide to Agents an environmental assessment prepared by a firm of independent environmental engineers acceptable to Agents that cover a material portion of the Amoco Properties and evidencing that there are no violations of any Environmental Laws respecting the Amoco Properties that are likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on Company considered as a whole.
