Common use of Environmental Assessment Clause in Contracts

Environmental Assessment. Phase I environmental reports and, if applicable, phase II environmental reports (collectively, the “Environmental Reports”) of the Real Property on which each Facility is located prepared by an environmental audit firm reasonably acceptable to the Agent, the results of which shall be satisfactory to the Agent in its sole and absolute determination.
