Common use of Environmental Assessments Clause in Contracts

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a any Phase I environmental assessment and such assessments or other environmental report reasonably requested by reports in the Administrative Agent custody or control of the Borrower regarding each any parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse EffectAgent.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and such other environmental report reports reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage which is Collateral hereunder, which assessment shall be conducted by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions or liabilities in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a copy of an existing or updated Phase I environmental assessment for each parcel of real property subject to the Mortgages and such other environmental report reports reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each such parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions or liabilities in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, in each case addressed to Administrative Agent (or in respect of which a suitable reliance letter has been obtained) regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage the Mortgages by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions or liabilities in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and or such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage Mortgaged Property set forth on Schedule 1.01(a) by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received a Phase I environmental Environmental assessment and such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel parcels of real property Real Property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering consulting firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation actual or potential violations of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received upon its written request therefor a Phase I environmental assessment and such other environmental report reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Assessments. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental assessment and and/or such other environmental report or questionnaire reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent regarding each parcel of real property subject to a Mortgage by an environmental engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent showing no environmental conditions in violation of Environmental Laws or liabilities under Environmental Laws, either of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
