Common use of Environmental Audits and Reports Clause in Contracts

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of COPT or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to material environmental matters at any Mortgaged Property or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect;
