The Environmental Clearance Certificate issued by the Commonwealth relating to the Contractor's Activities or the Works and any conditions incorporated in that certificate. Any actual or threatened adverse impact on, or damage to, the Environment. Any Environmental Harm or Contamination arising out of or in connection with the Contractor's Activities or the Works. The plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 9.2, which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities and the Works from an environmental perspective to: ensure compliance with the Environmental Requirements and Statutory Requirements; and xxxxxxxx the achievement of the Environmental Objectives, the ESD Principles and the WOL Objectives.
