Common use of Environmental Clearances and Compliance Clause in Contracts

Environmental Clearances and Compliance. At all times, Concessionaire shall obtain the requisite Environmental Clearances from the appropriate authorities and shall also ensure that the processes employed in the construction, operation and maintenance thereof, for the Project is in compliance to the Applicable Laws pertaining to environment, health and safety aspects including, policies and guidelines related thereto.
