Common use of Environmental Condition of Properties Clause in Contracts

Environmental Condition of Properties. To the knowledge of the Company, none of the properties owned or leased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has been used as a treatment, storage or disposal site for Hazardous Material, other than as disclosed in Exhibit 11.15 (as from time to time hereafter supplemented in accordance with Sections 10.4.1 and 10.4.2). To the knowledge of the Company, no Hazardous Material is present in any real property currently or formerly owned or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries except that which has not resulted, and does not create a material risk of resulting, in a Material Adverse Change.
