Common use of Environmental Consent Decree Clause in Contracts

Environmental Consent Decree. Upon the Seller’s request, the Buyer will execute a modification to the Environmental Consent Decree that makes the Buyer responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the Environmental Consent Decree as may be required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
