Environmental Documents; Environmental Representations. Seller has made available to Buyer (i) all material environmentally-related assessments, reports, studies, data, results of investigations, results of monitoring, results of remediation or audits prepared by any Person that are in Seller’s possession or control and (ii) copies of all material communications with Governmental Entities to or from the Company relating to the Company or the Properties.
