Common use of Environmental Impact Clause in Contracts

Environmental Impact. 26.1 The Parties acknowledge the importance of environmental protection and sustainability, and being a good neighbour and shall have regard to the environment in their dealings with each other, with stakeholders and in decisions relating to the Programme. 26.2 Subject to any obligation imposed on any Party by law, during a Possession the Sponsor Body will be responsible for the remediation of contamination on or from the site.
