Environmental Indemnity Agreements. Upon fulfillment or waiver of all of the above conditions, FFCA shall deposit funds necessary to close this transaction with the Title Company and this transaction shall close in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Environmental Indemnity Agreements. Borrower shall cause itself and any other parties required by Lender, as listed in Section 2.2(e), to execute and deliver Environmental Indemnity Agreements in favor of Lender relating to hazardous and toxic substances and environmental laws as the same may affect Borrower or the Premises, such agreements to be in form and content acceptable to Lender in its sole discretion.
Environmental Indemnity Agreements. Each Loan Party shall have executed and delivered to the Agent an Environmental Indemnity Agreement (together with any other environmental indemnity agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement at any time, the “Environmental Indemnity Agreements”) in substantially the form annexed to this Agreement as Exhibit I.
