Environmental Law Compliance. During the term of this Lease, Tenant shall comply with all Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits (each as defined in Article 28.4 hereof) applicable to the operation or use of the Premises, will cause all other persons occupying or using the Premises to comply with all such Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits, and will immediately pay or cause to be paid all costs and expenses incurred by reason of such compliance.
