Buyer has complied and is in compliance with all Laws applicable to the Business relating to environmental protection, including standards relating to air, water, land and the generation, storage. transportation, treatment or disposal of, Hazardous Substances (collectively, “Environmental Laws”), except where non-compliance with any such Laws would not have a material adverse effect on the Business.
