None of the property of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries nor the operations conducted thereon violate any applicable order of any court or Governmental Authority or Environmental Laws which could reasonably be expected to result in remedial obligations assuming disclosure to the applicable Governmental Authority of all relevant facts, conditions, and circumstances, if any, pertaining to the relevant property.
