Common use of Environmental Liability Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Environmental Liability Acknowledgement. The Development Entity shall have executed and delivered an acknowledgment of each Transit Agency’s responsibilities in respect of Hazardous Materials, as set forth in Article 6 (such confirmation, an Environmental Liability Acknowledgement), substantially in the form attached as Schedule 4 (Form of Environmental Liability Acknowledgement).
