Environmental Notice. Neither Seller nor Manager has received any written notices from any governmental authority of (i) any uncured violation of any Environmental Laws regarding any environmental conditions at the Hotel; (ii) any failure of Seller, Manager or the Hotel to have all required governmental permits and/or licenses, if any, relating to Hazardous Substances; or (iii) any release of Hazardous Substances from the Real Property.
