Environmental Permitting and Documentation Review. Consultant will evaluate permit and environmental clearances requirements for the project. Consultant’s evaluation must include a review of required Land Use and environmental regulatory permits from local, state, and federal agencies. Consultant may attend up to one pre-application meeting with the City to verify land use permitting requirements. Consultant will complete one site visit to document existing site conditions and identify potential areas of concern. Consultant will attend up to two coordination meetings with City, ODOT, or Regulatory staff as needed to discuss the project and gather information. Consultant will prepare a technical memorandum detailing permits and environmental documentation anticipated to be required. The permitting technical memorandum will outline the procedure for obtaining these permits and approximate timeframes to aid in planning of future Project phases.
