Common use of Environmental Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Environmental Proceedings. Promptly after the assertion or occurrence thereof or any Responsible Officer becoming aware of the reasonable likelihood thereof, notice of any Environmental Proceeding against the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or of any noncompliance by the Borrower or any Subsidiary with any Environmental Law or Environmental Permit, that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;
