Environmental Programs Fee. On or before February 1, 2011, 1885 and starting on January 1, 2012, annually thereafter during the term of this Agreement, 1886 CONTRACTOR shall submit to CITY an environmental programs fee. The initial 1887 environmental programs fee shall be in the amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars 1888 ($150,000) and shall be adjusted upward each year by three (3) percent.
