Common use of Environmental Reporting Clause in Contracts

Environmental Reporting. The Borrower shall promptly deliver to the Agent and each Bank, and in any event within ten (10) Business Days after receipt or transmittal by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as the case may be, copies of all material communications with any government or governmental agency relating to Environmental Laws and all material communications with any other Person relating to Environmental Claims brought against the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which could, in either case, if successfully brought against the Borrower or such Subsidiaries, reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
