Common use of Environmental Reports and Audits Clause in Contracts

Environmental Reports and Audits. As soon as practicable and in any event within ten days following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits, reports, and notices with respect to environmental matters at any Facility or that relate to any environmental liabilities of Company or its Subsidiaries that, in any such case, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or in liabilities that exceed $50,000, individually, or $250,000, in the aggregate for all such liabilities, in each case, during the term of this Agreement;
