Common use of Environmental Reports/Remediation Clause in Contracts

Environmental Reports/Remediation. Sellers shall pay for the cost of the Phase I environmental assessment for the Facilities and for any additional assessments recommended in the original Phase I environmental assessment.

Environmental Reports/Remediation. Sellers shall pay for the cost of the Phase I environmental assessment assessments for the Facilities and respective Facilities, for any additional assessments recommended in the original Phase I environmental assessmentassessments, and for the cost of the Environmental Remediation agreed upon by the parties and as described on Schedule 1.12 hereto. Sellers shall cause the Phase I environmental assessments and any additional assessments or reports provided by Sellers to be certified to the Purchaser for reliance by Purchaser thereon.
