Common use of Environmental Reports/Remediation Clause in Contracts

Environmental Reports/Remediation. Sellers shall pay for the cost of the Phase I environmental assessments for the Facilities, or, at the option of Purchaser, for any existing Phase I environmental assessments to be certified to Purchaser for reliance by Purchaser thereon.

Environmental Reports/Remediation. Sellers shall pay for the cost of the Phase I environmental assessments assessment for the Facilities, or, at the option of Purchaser, Facilities and for any existing additional assessments recommended in the original Phase I environmental assessments to be certified to Purchaser for reliance by Purchaser thereonassessment.
