Common use of Environmental Tobacco Smoke Clause in Contracts

Environmental Tobacco Smoke. The Contractor agrees to comply with all provisions of 20 U.S.C. § 6081 et seq., and any regulations promulgated thereunder. In particular, the Contractor agrees that it will require that smoking be prohibited in any portion of an indoor facility, other than a private residence, regularly used for the provision of services to children under the age of eighteen (18), and that it will comply with all applicable requirements of the statute and regulations. The Contractor further agrees that it will require the language of this condition to be included in any subcontracts which contain provisions for services to children.
