Common use of Environmental undertakings Clause in Contracts

Environmental undertakings. Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group will): (a) comply with all Environmental Laws to which it is subject; (b) comply with the Environmental Policy; (c) obtain all Environmental Licences required in connection with its business; and (d) comply with the terms of all those Environmental Licences, in each case where failure to do so would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental undertakings. Each Obligor shall (and the Company Guarantor shall ensure that each other member of the Group will): (a) comply with all Environmental Laws to which it is subject; (b) comply with the Environmental Policy; (c) obtain all Environmental Licences required in connection with its business; and; (dc) comply with the terms of all those Environmental Licences; and (d) promptly notify the Lender of any claim, notice or other communication received by it in respect of any actual or alleged breach of or liability under Environmental Law, in each case where failure to do so would be reasonably likely to might have a Material Adverse Effect.
