Common use of Environmental undertakings Clause in Contracts

Environmental undertakings. Each Obligor shall (and the Borrower shall ensure that each other member of the Borrower Group will): (a) comply in all material respects with all Environmental Laws to which it may be subject; and (b) obtain all material Environmental Licences required or desirable in connection with its business and comply in all material respects with the terms of all those Environmental Licences, except for, in each case where a failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
