Common use of Environmental undertakings Clause in Contracts

Environmental undertakings. The Borrower and its Principal Subsidiaries shall comply (consistent with the manner in which similar businesses operating in the relevant jurisdiction comply) with: (i) all applicable Environmental Laws; and (ii) the terms of all Environmental Approvals necessary for the ownership and operation of its facilities and businesses as owned and operated from time to time, if failure to do so would have a Material Adverse Effect.
