In accordance with Section 11-4-1600(e) of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Contractor warrants and represents that it, and to the best of its knowledge, its subcontractors have not violated and are not in violation of the following sections of the Code (collectively, the Waste Sections): 7-28-390 Dumping on public way;
