Enzyme Method Patent Costs. Acorda shall pay for all reasonable costs for prosecution and maintenance of patent filings of the Licensed Patents, to the extent of claims therein relating to enzymatic methods of treating CNS disorders, diseases or injuries (“Enzyme Method Patent Costs”), incurred by CUTS after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
