EPEAT®. As required in FAR 52.223-16 Acquisition of EPEAT®-Registered Personal Computer Products, the Contractor shall exclusively provide EPEAT-registered product(s) under this BPA. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring product(s) meet the latest EPEAT requirements at the time of delivery.
