Common use of EPHI and Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

EPHI and Subcontractors. Contractor shall require any agent to whom it provides PHI or EPHI, including a subcontractor, to agree to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect such PHI or EPHI. Further, Contractor agrees to give the City at least sixty (60) days advance notice of its intent to provide PHI or EPHI to an agent located outside of the United States.
