Equal and Ratable Benefit. The Incremental Revolving Loans, Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments, Incremental Term Loans and Incremental Term Loan Commitments established pursuant to this Section 1.15 shall constitute Loans and Credit under, and shall be entitled to all the benefits afforded by, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and shall, without limiting the foregoing, benefit equally and ratably with the obligations from the Guarantors.
