Equal Treatment for All Employees. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied without regard to domicile, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status or presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap except as required in accordance with this Agreement or as otherwise provided by law.
