Equality of Shares. All Shares of each particular Series or Class shall represent an equal proportionate interest in the assets belonging or attributable to that Series/Class (subject to the liabilities belonging to that Series/Class), and each Share of any particular Series or Class shall be equal in this respect to each other Share of that Series or Class, as applicable.
