Equally and Ratably Secured. All Equipment Notes at any time outstanding under this Indenture shall be equally and ratably secured hereby without preference, priority or distinction on account of the date or dates, the actual time or times of the issue or maturity of such Equipment Notes so that all Equipment Notes at any time issued and outstanding hereunder shall have the same rights and preferences, and be entitled to the same benefits provided by the Liens created, under and by virtue of this Indenture.
