Equipment Acceptance Tests‌. 17.11.1 The Supplier shall conduct tests on the Equipment (“Equipment Acceptance Tests”) at the Contracting Company Premises in accordance with test procedures which are capable of demonstrating whether the Equipment complies in all respects with the Specifications and which are approved by the Contracting Company in writing or such test procedures as may be prescribed by the Contracting Company (such approved or prescribed test procedures to be referred to as “Equipment Test Procedures”), and in accordance with the instructions of, and in the presence and to the satisfaction of, the appointed representative(s) of the Contracting Company. 17.11.2 The Equipment Acceptance Tests shall only be successfully completed if they comply in all respects with the relevant Equipment Test Procedures and conclusively demonstrate to the Contracting Company that the Equipment conforms in all respects to the Specifications and such additional requirements which the Contracting Company may reasonably require. The Supplier shall correct and rectify all problems and errors identified during the Equipment Acceptance Tests to ensure the compliance of the Equipment with the Specifications. 17.11.3 The Supplier shall be solely responsible for providing and supplying all instruments, tools, equipment, hardware and software (which shall be fully calibrated, where applicable) necessary for conducting the Equipment Acceptance Tests. the Supplier shall bear any cost and expenses that may be incurred in conducting and facilitating the Equipment Acceptance Tests, and any repeat tests.
