Equipment and Automobile Liability Insurance. The Contractor, at no cost to the Owner, shall ensure that the Contractor and all Subcontractors purchase, provide and maintain "All Risks" contractors’ equipment insurance covering construction machinery and equipment used by the Contractor and all Subcontractors for the performance of the Project, together with automobile liability insurance covering all vehicles owned or leased by the Contractor and all Subcontractors for bodily injury, including death, and damage to property with limits of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).
