Equipment and Facility. User acknowledges and agrees that the Equipment and Facility are provided for User’s use “as is, where is” without warranty of any type or kind, including any warranty that either is merchantable or fit for User’s intended use or for any other particular purpose. User assumes the entire risk that any Equipment, or the Facility, does not satisfy User’s needs or expectations in any respect, regardless of whether any defect or deficiency is caused in whole or in part by Purdue’s negligence or other fault.

Equipment and Facility. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Equipment and Facility are provided for Contractor's use "as is, where is" without warranty of any type or kind, including any warranty that either is merchantable or fit for Contractor's intended use or for any other particular purpose. Contractor assumes the entire risk that any Equipment, or the Facility, does not satisfy Contractor's needs or expectations in any respect, regardless of whether any defect or deficiency is caused in whole or in part by Purdue's negligence or other fault.

Equipment and Facility. 1. Any equipment or facility purchased with the direct expense and the indirect expense listed in Appendix 2(Table 1) shall belong to UOEH. 2. UOEH will use any equipment or facility owned by Sponsor listed in Appendix 2 (table 2 ) for the Sponsored research. 3. In case the equipment owned by Sponsor is used in the facility of UOEH, Sponsor shall pay the expense for carrying in, installation, withdrawal and carrying out of the equipment.

Equipment and Facility. Any equipment or facility purchased with the research fee listed in Appendix 2 (Table 1) shall belong to UOEH.

Equipment and Facility. The 3JDC shall provide and maintain all security equipment necessary for use at the Las Cruces Magistrate Court. Necessary equipment shall include a walk-through metal detector, an X-Ray Machine and a minimum of two (2) metal detecting hand-held wands. The equipment is to be available for use by court security personnel during security activities at the Las Cruces Magistrate Court.

Equipment and Facility. From time to time a Party may agree to lend equipment or facility space to another Party for its temporary use. The borrowing Party will be responsible for the maintenance of and repair of damage to the equipment or facility while in its possession or use. Such obligation will not apply to major repairs that would ordinarily result from long-term use of the equipment or facility space unless such damage is specifically attributable to the use or misuse by the borrowing Party. The borrowing Party will be responsible for maintaining sufficient property damage and liability coverage on all borrowed equipment or facility space and its use of them will be subject to the indemnification provisions provided for in this Agreement.

Equipment and Facility. The Village shall be responsible for providing and maintaining all uniforms and equipment necessary for the School Resource Officer to perform his/her duties as a police officer. The Board shall provide the School Resource Officer with sufficient space to prepare reports, meet with students, staff, etc. The Board shall also provide a school radio and/or cellular phone to the school resource officer when he/she is on dutyon school grounds.

Equipment and Facility. 2.1.1 The Contractor shall have all necessary equipment to provide Foreign Language Emergency Interpretation Services. 2.1.2 The Contractor shall have telephone terminal equipment that has visual and audible signaling for incoming calls. Telephone terminal equipment will also have expansion capabilities to add additional lines, as needed. 2.1.3 The Contractor's telephone terminal equipment shall be capable of collecting the detailed call traffic information needed to produce the required reports. This is to include management reports to track activity of the contractor’s employees providing interpretation services.
