Equipment and Facility. The 3JDC shall provide and maintain all security equipment necessary for use at the courthouse. Necessary equipment shall include a walk-through metal detector, an X-Ray Machine and a minimum of two (2) metal detecting hand-held wands. The equipment is to be available for use by court security personnel during security activities at the courthouse.

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

No Inventory of an Obligor is held by a Person other than an Obligor pursuant to consignment, sale or return, sale on approval or similar arrangement.
