Common use of Equipment and Facility Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Facility. The 3JDC will purchase and maintain security equipment used at the courthouse. The equipment shall include a walk-through metal detector, an X-Ray Machine and a minimum of two (2) metal detecting hand-held wands. The equipment is to be available for use by court security personnel during security activities at the courthouse. The SHERIFF’S OFFICE shall not be responsible for the care and maintenance of the Magistrate Court Facility.
