Equipment and Other Tangible Property. The Company’s equipment, furniture, machinery, vehicles, fixtures and other tangible property included in its Properties (“Tangible Company Properties”) is suitable for the purposes for which they are intended and in good operating condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The Tangible Company Properties include all assets, rights and interests reasonably required for the continued conduct of the Company.

The tear, and except for such Tangible Company Properties include all assets, rights and interests reasonably required as shall have been taken out of service on a temporary basis for the continued conduct of repairs or replacement consistent with the Company’s prior practices and normal industry standards.
