Equipment and Testing. Winstar shall be responsible for providing, at its sole expense, the antenna (e), coaxial cable, brackets, connectors, support structure, grounding and bonding materials, and weather-proofing materials for such support structure or antenna (e) required for the Microwave Collocation. Winstar shall also be solely responsible for final adjustments (e.g., pointing) of the antenna (e).

Equipment and Testing. BellSouth will designate the location of and install the GPS antenna mounting bracket requested by BSLD on the exterior wall of a BellSouth Central Office, including the penetration through the exterior wall(s). BellSouth will also designate the specific cable support structure that BSLD must use to place its cabling that is required to connect BSLD’s GPS antenna to BSLD’s associated GPS equipment. BellSouth will provide an exit to the exterior wall of the BellSouth Central Office upon which the GPS antenna mounting bracket has been installed, so BSLD will have access to its GPS antenna. BSLD shall be responsible for providing, at its sole expense, the GPS antenna, coaxial cable, connectors, grounding and bonding materials, weather- proofing materials, and any other required equipment associated with the placement and maintenance of BSLD’s GPS antenna, BSLD’s GPS antenna shall be used solely for synchronization and timing purposes and will be connected to BSLD’s associated GPS equipment in the same BellSouth Central Office. BSLD shall be solely responsible for verifying that its GPS antenna can receive a satisfactory signal prior to BellSouth’s designation of the location of the antenna mounting bracket and for performing any final adjustments (e.g., positioning) to its GPS antenna and any associated equipment in BSLD’s physical collocation space.

Teligent shall also be solely responsible for final adjustments (e.g., pointing) of the antenna(e).

Related to Equipment and Testing

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
