Common use of Equipment Benefit Clause in Contracts

Equipment Benefit. Upon termination as a Managerial Employee, if the Executive is eligible for this Equipment Benefit, within thirty (30) days of the Employment Termination Date, pursuant to mutual agreement between the Company and the Executive, the Executive or an individual legally authorized to act on behalf of the Executive, may purchase at book value certain items of the Company property which were purchased by the Company for the exclusive use of the Executive during his/her employment which may include a personal computer, cellular phone, and other similar items.
